First up we have a position for a Royalty Administrator (SYD). The royalty department is responsible for the calculation and reporting of intercompany royalties and direct royalties to local artists for Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, and Malaysia. The royalty administrator will be required to assist in all areas of the department’s function.

Come from a strong digital marketing or social media background with a familiarity for streaming? Then Sony’s Marketing Manager (SYD) gig could be you. You will be responsible for the creation and implementation of marketing strategies across both Australian and International artists while being based in their Darlinghurst office.

Or maybe you’re a strong communicator who considers yourself to be an experienced, energetic and passionate music fanatic? Then there are currently two opportunities to join the Sony Music Entertainment Communications team.

The first is as Communications Coordinator (SYD). In this role, you will be responsible for providing general coordination and department assistance to the Company’s Communications division. The ideal candidate will have an understanding of radio, television, and online media, as well as the ability to easily build rapport.

They’re also on the lookout for a Communications Manager (SYD) to construct and manage a strategic communications plan for an assigned roster of Australian, International and Commercial Music Group artists across all media, DSPs and creative content creation.
