So Taylor Swift’s New Tour Is About As Star-Studded As 1989

Remember Taylor Swift’s 1989 tour when she kept bringing out star after star because she could? Well she’s doing it again and her ticket prices are now starting to make sense.

Continuing to display her bloody power over the music world, Swift summoned ol’ mate and forever-a-Swiftie-ally Selena Gomez on stage during her concert in Pasadena, California.

Swift is currently on the road for her Reputation Tour once again proving she is one of few who can turn an absolutely fucked reputation into multiple Number One hits. Say what you will about her but the woman knows what she’s doing.

This is the first time Swift and Gomez have performed together since the two took to the stage during the former’s iconic 1989 tour in 2015.

Together they performed their version of Gomez’s Can’t Keep My Hands To Myself .

Gomez also had some some sweet things to say about her friend:

“The reason why she has been one of my best friends is because this person has never, ever judged a single decision I’ve made.”

Translation? Never judged me for giving Justin another chance.

Then to the fans Gomez said, “But honestly thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting someone I know that is the most beautiful, strong, independent woman I’ve ever met. So thank you for supporting my best friend.”

Cute.

Swift posted their performance on her Instagram earlier tonight:

Earlier today, sunflower Troye Sivan was also at Swift’s concert to casually drop the release date of his highly-anticipated album Bloom. Together they performed My, My, My! while I cried. It was great.

Bloom will be out August 31.

Cool.

Side note here but Selena Gomez is 25-years-old. When did that happen?????????? I thought she was perpetually 20.

Shawn Mendes also surprised fans at Swift’s concert a day earlier to sing Nothing Holdin’ Me Back.

Talk about a teenage dream.

Speaking of which, I’m going to bet Katy Perry will join Swift on stage in the near feature to honour their newfound friendship post Cold War Feud.
