We Finally Have Deets On The Pretty Little Liars Spin-Off & It Sounds Wild

Sure it hasn’t even been a year since the finale of Pretty Little Liars, but we’re already thirsting hard for any news regarding the announced spin-off coming next year.

Titled The Perfectionists, the new show will see PLL characters Alison (played by Sasha Pieterse) and Mona (played by Janel Parrish) move to a whole new town and once again be embroiled in something to do with a murder… or something.

The show is set to be helmed by the same creator, Marlene King, who recently had a chat with TV Line, revealing some of the juicy deets of what shit will be going down and where:

There is a big mystery, and there is a murder, and there are some characters who are a fractured group at the beginning of our story, and through a murder they become friends. So it’s similar in that regard, but it’s a whole new mystery, a whole new murder. We also have Alison and Mona coming from PLL to Beacon Heights, and that’ll all make sense when you see the pilot.

Beacon Heights is the new murdery town full of secrets and departing from PLL’s Pennsylvania setting is set to be a spooky, foresty Oregon locale, in the vibe of the Twilight series’ Pacific Northwest vibes.

As for any other PLL fav characters making an appearance somewhere down the track, King keeps her cards fairly close to her chest saying “eventually” and def not in the pilot ep:

We’re meeting four new characters who are Perfectionists — and one of them won’t make it to the end of the pilot.

OH SHIT! MURDER!

Ok we’re keen.
