Beyoncé is a special type of celebrity because when the Queen B lifts a finger, the Beyhive positively erupts.
Which is exactly what happened when Bey served some rather specific looks at the Grammys, leading fans to believe that she’s involved with the Black Panther soundtrack.
The internet rumour mill was buzzing when fans noticed that Bey’s diamond-covered clutch was actually modelled after a black panther. She also donned some earrings that featured the heads of panthers at a pre-Grammy party and with the film’s premiere looming, it does look pretty sus.
As you’d expect, fans were stoked at the idea of Beyonce appearing on the soundtrack.
Beyonce wore not one, but TWO looks during the Grammys weekend inspired by the Black Panther Party… And her purse was a rhinestoned black panther.
WERE THEY CLUES?

This wouldn’t be the first time the singer has used imagery to hint that new music could be on the way. She coyly showed off lemon imagery before she dropped her surprise Jay-Z dragfest Lemonade in 2016.
Details of the soundtrack, which is being executively produced by Kendrick Lamar, have been few and far between in the lead up to the film’s debut, with only two singles released and the rest of the tracklist blacked out.
It’s hard to imagine that Queen B won’t be getting stuck into one of the most important and anticipated films of the year. If she does, it would be the first solo music we’ve gotten from Beyonce since 2016.
