Three Baby Meerkats Have Said G’Day In Canberra & It’s Illegal Not To Look

Look, I know the last few weeks months years have been really bloody shitty with all the bad news and horrible stuff going on in the world.

I know it’s exhausting having to argue about basic human rights in our own backyards. It’s tiring existing with the knowledge that maybe, just maybe, the whole world will be engulfed in a nuclear fireball at any given moment, if a certain someone chucks a tantrum and hits the big red button.

Anyway, please take a few minutes (or maybe just the whole day, close those other tabs) to look at, coo over, appreciate, cry about these absolutely PRECIOUS baby cherub meerkat pups.

THE LITTLE TAILS. LOOK.

I know, I KNOW. They’re so small and beautiful. Why did they have to come into this godforsaken world? We do not deserve these little babies.

The three precious pups were born at Canberra‘s National Zoo and Aquarium in August, and today popped their little fuzzy heads out to say g’day for the first time.

BLESS EM. STOP IT. LOOK. SO CUTE. I HATE EVERYTHING BUT THESE THREE TINY SMALLS.

Genuinely me, alone at my desk, watching this video over and over:

We’re not sure of their genders just yet – and won’t know for a few weeks – but tbh who bloody cares when they’re so tiny and adorable and too pure for this world?

THEY’RE TOO PURE FOR THIS HORRID WORLD.

Please, enjoy your day knowing that these three little fuzzy angels are skittering around in the Nation’s capital.
