Someone On The Gold Coast Needs To Adopt This Sweet, Blind Cherub Named Dumpling Immediately

Dumpling, a Gold Coast doggo, is on the hunt for a new home after being abandoned by her previous owners, “blind, overweight and alone”. (I’m already crying. Goddamn.)

“I didn’t have the best start to life,” the adoption advertisement reads, “but since joining Labrador Rescue my life has turned around. Unfortunately I was dumped at the pound at 10 years old, blind, overweight and alone. I had some puppies over the years and I guess my old owners didn’t need me anymore.”

Dumpling, a very good floofer, has since lost over 13kg. She loves “small, frequent walks”, would prefer a home with no stairs and is good with other dogs and cats, as long as they don’t get super close to her face.

“I don’t need much in life,” the Facebook post concludes, “just a nice warm home in which to enjoy my last few years.” (Okay, I was crying before but now I’m bloody weeping.)

She’s vaccinated, microchipped, desexed, heart-worm tested and up to date with worming, flea and tick treatments. So, she’s perfect, essentially.

Dumpling’s ready for snuggles and she can be yours, Gold Coast folk, for $300 (although her presence is obvious priceless).

If you’re interested in gifting a Dumpling a new lease on life, you can complete an application HERE. Alternatively, you can chuck Labrador Rescue an email at rescuealabrador@yahoo.com.au.
