The all-star cast was announced by production company Seaview on Tuesday, with the one-off performance to take place on January 1.
Ratatouille: The Tiktok Musical is an actors fund benefit performance, which will feature content created by TikTokers, as well as the sweet, sweet sound of the 20-piece Broadway Sinfonietta orchestra.
If you’re somehow unfamiliar with the internet phenomenon known as Ratatouisical, let me explain.
Basically, a bunch of TikTok users including Danny Bernstein, Gabbi Bolt, Kevin Chamberlin, RJ Christian and more all created content around the concept of a musical version of the 2007 animated Pixar film.
However, what started out as a funny TikTok joke quickly turned into a reality after more than 200 million fans globally. What can I say, the kids really love Ratatouille.
Unfortunately, the iconic musical will be a one-time only performance on January 1, and is only available to watch via livestream. If you’re keen to get your hands on a ticket to the 72-hour loop livestream, you can pick one up via Todaytix.com.
