No, Megan Fox Isn’t An Anti-Masker

Megan Fox has been cancelled for being an anti-masker, despite never actually doing anything wrong, thanks to a viral fake tweet.

Earlier this week, a screenshot of a post reportedly made by the actress went viral, in which she claimed that “it is ultimately my decision to trust the universe to keep me and my family safe,” prompting almost immediate backlash on social media.

However, it turns out the screenshots are completely falsified, and Fox has literally never even made a comment about mask-wearing.

Fox took to Instagram to clear up any confusion, confirming that she has “never made any statements about wearing masks.”

“Scary that you can go viral and possibly be socially crucified for something you haven’t done,” she wrote.

“The internet is so FUN.”

The post in question was a doctored version of an anti-bullying post Fox made back in 2019.

But despite the fact that the post is quite literally fake, the internet has blown up with people criticising her for her alleged opinions.

Some even went so far as to blame her new boyfriend Machine Gun Kelly for it.

But thankfully, many have come to her defence after she announced that the post was fake.

Honestly, it’s Megan Fox’s world and we’re just living in it.
