Sydney Woman Caught On Camera Keying A Car 6 Times For No Apparent Reason

A Sydney woman has been caught on camera keying a man’s luxury car for absolutely no known reason.

Parked out the front of his Dover Heights home, Evan Hansimikali began finding key scratches in his brand new Audi, which lead him to installing a dash cam to find the culprit.

Now, I’d wager Evan was expecting to find someone he knew causing the damage, because that’s usually the case, right? But when he watched the footage captured by the camera, he found a completely unknown woman was brazenly keying his car as she walked by.

He later posted the footage to Facebook, writing “I actually can’t believe this person we don’t know did this”. Incredibly, this seems to be the sixth bloody time she’s done the deed. Check out the footage below.

There doesn’t seem to be any motive for the woman’s actions and I’m genuinely fascinated by the whole thing. Why is she doing this? Why is she so angry? Does she just hate Audis?

Evan can’t think of a reason, either. “I’ve also got footage of people walking their dogs . plenty of room. The car’s not on the path,” he wrote when asked about a possible reason.

According to a comment from Evan four hours ago, the woman has now been caught.

“She’s been caught by the police. Thank you everyone for helping to find her.” He plans on pressing charges to recoup the cost of repairs, which he expects will be in the thousands.

Everyone following the post is hoping the woman gives a reason for her crimes and frankly, so do I.

I am baffled.
