Man Sought For Fatally Shooting Two Sydney Teens Found Dead In Home

The man sought in relation to the shooting deaths of two teenagers in their West Pennant Hills bedroom last night has been found dead, New South Wales Police have confirmed.

Nine News reports the man, believed to be the father of the victims, was discovered at his Normanhurst home this morning.

Police had been searching for a 50-year-old relative of the deceased, a 15-year-old boy and a 13-year-old girl, as a “person of interest” to the investigation.

Last night, NSW Police Acting Region Commander Brett McFadden said the incident was being treated as a potential domestic violence-related matter, and that “we consider this to be very much a targeted incident.”

Police did not identify the suspect, but said it was not believed he posed a threat to the wider community due to the allegedly targeted nature of the attack.

A 150m exclusion zone has been set up around the Hull Road crime scene in West Pennant Hills as investigations continue.

NSW Police are expected to address the media again later today.
