Wes Anderson’s “The Grand Budapest Hotel” Drops Second Character Trailer

Behold the second holy trailer of Wes Anderson’s feature length study in pastel The Grand Budapest Hotel.

Following its first trailer parading an overwhelmingly loud flourish of Wes Anderson’s severely self-aware auteurship, the second trailer introduces us to the film’s (more) obscure characters, including a sublimely ancient Tilda Swinton – Madame D – predicting her imminent death; Harvey Keitel as a straight talking, tattoo decorated prisoner, Edward Norton as the stern Inspector Henckels, and Sir Bill Fucking Murray as M. Ivan, delivering the line, “Tell no-one. He’ll explain everything.”

Dropping in March next year, the most perfectly executed pseudo parody of a Wes Anderson film only Wes Anderson could pull off, The Grand Budapest Hotel also stars Saoirse Ronan, Adrien Brody, Willem Dafoe, Léa Seydoux, Jeff Goldblum, Jason Schwartzman, Jude Law, Tilda Swinton, Harvey Keitel, Tom Wilkinson, Bill Murray and Owen Wilson. Bonus Christmas treat: a new, moving poster for the film, after the jump.

You had us at ‘Bill Murray’.
