Stand-up comedy is a bloody tough gig, take it from me. And it’s only ever a select few who have the chops to turn a few gigs into a career in the biz.
So it should come as no surprise to you most of your favourite comedy peeps got their start treading the boards in smokey shitholes, dishing out zingers to disinterested crowds and drunken hecklers.
They all might have moved on from there to become film, TV and etc stars. But the pull of the stage and a single mic is always present.
So when Seth Rogen stopped by to visit Jimmy Fallon and The Tonight Show, the two former stand-ups decided to test themselves in front of the mic to see if they’ve still got the knack.
Only thing is, all the jokes they delivered were written by actual kids.
And, god damn it, some of them are pretty fecking funny.
Man. Some comedians spend their whole careers toiling away and never write a gag half as good as that invisible man zinger.
