After purchasing a seaplane to scrap the bitch of a commute from his multi-million dollar Vaucluse home to the front door of his new hospo baby, ‘The Newport’ / from which to post epic drone shots of the soon-to-be-finished site, Merivale’s overlord gave PEDESTRIAN.TV an exclusive BTS tour of the space.
Not gonna lie, we lowkey want to live there: it houses a bowling alley, vintage gymnasium with bikes that can charge mobile phones, a fancy AF Aussie grass-fed beef burger shack, pétanque pitch (basically like bowls), gourmet pizzeria, supersize magnetic Scrabble board, humungo wine, beer and cocktail list, a live entertainment stage that’ll host live music acts including Saskwatch and YUMA X and sprawling decks with siq views of Pittwater.
