Others spread police tape over the entrance to the mansion, while more surrounded the “official” police tape at the scene in Falcon Heights.

Castile’s death comes less than a day after the police shooting death of Louisiana man Alton Sterling; in that footage, police appeared to shoot Sterling while he was already pinned to the ground.
