The best radio guests aren’t easy to find, friends. Quite the opposite.

And often times rigorous screening processes have to be adhered to in order to find the right person for the gig.

What winds up on the airwaves is the product of a long and arduous search that involves multiple interview stages before you’re even in the room with the hosts, let alone gracing their glorious airwaves.

Melissa McCarthy and husband Ben Falcone are currently in the country on the promo trail for their upcoming film The Boss. But their superstar status didn’t afford them any special treatment, and they were more than happy to be put through the wringer by a very stiff and stern Hamish & Andy.

The pre-interview interview was filmed, in a rare occurrence, and the Hit Network lads decided to show everyone exactly how tough it is to get on their show as a guest.
