The Bloke Behind The “Want Longer Lasting Sex?” Billboards Has Gone Bankrupt

The man responsible for putting premature ejaculation into the forefront of the mind of every driver doing even a short trip out of the city has been bankrupted due to an inability to pay court costs.

Jacov Vaisman (lol, Jacov), founder of the deeply misleadingly named Advanced Medical Institute, was unable to pay the nearly $3.7 million in costs stemming from one of his many, many clashes with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission.

According to the Sydney Morning Herald, Jacov and his various businesses were rife with shonk, facing action from the ACCC over things like having “non-medical staff” give medical advice, having salespeople take “as much as $5000 out of credit cards without permission“, lying to customers about efficacy of treatment, severely marking up medication that was also available at pharmacies, having doctors fail “to meet the standards of proper practice established by the medical profession“, using “high-pressure selling techniques” to convince men they would never be able to fuck right unless they forked out huge wads of cash for boner pills. So, uh, not a great business all up.

Vaisman was forced to front the cash himself because NRM (the business he founded after he put AMI into voluntary administration amidst a cloud of disgrace) is currently under external administration.

If you’re looking to be hugely overcharged for possibly ineffective treatments for premature ejaculation, you are going to have to look elsewhere, I’m afraid.
