Walt Disney Parks and Resorts released about 10,000 commemorative Star Wars infant onesies for the release of ‘The Force Awakens’. You know how the Star Wars merch game is: very, very strong.
The text on the front of one particular onesie read ‘If only you knew the power of THE DARK SIDE’, alongside an image of Darth Vader.
But, they forgot one crucial thing. The dark side of the force cares not for your baby. Or what it’s clothed in. The dark side will overcome even the strongest baby. And destroy everything the baby cares about.
It was removed from sale due to being a choking hazard. A CHOKING HAZARD, YOU GUYS.
Are Disney aware that anything Vader-related has a direct and imminent threat of choking? Literally all Vader-related things. Including his bloodline/grandbabies.
Both the Sith and the First Order were/are totally keen on choking. They bloody love it.
No babies were injured luckily, but we just feel they should’ve seen this coming a bit more, y’know? Duty of care, y’all. Jeez.
