Trump’s Site Had A Major Glitch Which Made It Say W/E You Fkn Wanted It To

Hooooooooooooo boy.
The stats are looking pretty bloody overwhelming right now, aren’t they? So, let’s lighten to mood.
Earlier today, around the same time that that terrifying cake emerged, Donald Trump‘s website had a bit of coding issue.
And when we say ‘bit of a coding issue’, we mean the XSS was so vulnerable that users could literally make the headline at the top of the website whatever they wanted.
On Election Day, that’s not exactly a desirable problem, because the internet started doing stuff like this:

Now, despite common belief, this wasn’t actually a hack – it was just coding. Literally anyone could change the title header simply by editing the URL.
All you had to do was put whatever the hell you wanted to say at the end of the URL separated with “%20”.
For example: https://www.donaldjtrump.com/press-releases/archive/hoooo%20boy%20this%20election%20is%20making%20my%20anxiety%20flare%20up
Unfortunately, Trump‘s developers very obviously figured this out quick-bloody-smart, and have fixed it. Luckily for them.
But we get it. The cyber is big, the cyber is tough. You can’t handle the cyber.
