Transgender Men & Women Are Making Their Own Vanity Fair Covers

After Caitlyn Jenner‘s Vanity Fair cover, there has been a lot of support from the transgender community worldwide.

While Jenner’s cover and story is one of great importance, Laverne Cox and others have been sure to remind people that appearance is not the only part of a person’s transition, and while Jenner does look gorgeous, that’s not the only thing that matters.
There are many transgender people in the world who do not have the financial means to have plastic or gender reassignment surgery, and there are plenty of transgender people who do not want either of them. There are many stages of gender transition, and every person experiences it differently.
In solidarity for Caitlyn Jenner and transgender visibility, people are now sharing their very own ‘Vanity Fair covers’, and it is beautiful.
