Rob Kardashian is pond scum. Lower. The pus that infects the mucous… that cruds up the fungus… that feeds on the pond scum.
If you haven’t caught up on this morning’s drama, the 30-year-old sock designer launched a full-scale revenge porn attack against Blac Chyna – former fiancée and mother to his cute daughter Dream Kardashian – on social media.
As well as sharing a video she allegedly sent to him that shows her hooking up with some bloke named Daryl Stanley (who goes by the name Ferrari), Rob shared a bunch of X-rated images showing Chyna nude – including a full-frontal cross shot.
He also levelled accusations of a drug problem at her, and posted a photo from hospital that he claims was taken just before she got US$100,000 worth of plastic surgery after giving birth to Dream.
Not only is his sharing of such explicit images without Cyna’s consent a total dog act, it could land him in serious legal trouble.
Lisa Bloom, the big-wig LA attorney who repped Mischa Barton in her recent revenge porn case, told RadarOnline.com he could face criminal charges and even jail time.
Chyna could also sue for emotional distress, according to Lisa Bloom.
“If I represented Ms. Chyna I would immediately obtain domestic violence restraining orders to protect her rights and block future acts. I would also advise Ms. Chyna that she likely has a private right of action against Mr. Kardashian for money damages for the emotional distress he has surely caused her. In other words, she could consider suing him as well.”
Bloom also encouraged Chyna – who responded to Rob’s outburst with claims he abused her – not to let him get away with it.
“I encourage Ms. Chyna to stand up for her rights against this vicious attempt to shame her. Every woman has the right to decide which images of her own body will be made public. Rob Kardashian should be ashamed of himself.”
Rob’s Instagram account has since been shut down, but the video that shows Chyna hooking up with Ferrari remains on his Twitter feed, while the intimate shots of her are now property of the Internet-at-large.
