An Aussie TikTok and YouTube influencer has come under fire after posting a gross ‘prank’ video, in which he pretends to sneeze on people walking past, including a homeless man, by spraying them with a water bottle.
The Queensland social media personality, who has made quite a name for himself through TikTok vids in which he performs pranks on people, has been called out for his last post, due to its gross and humiliating content.
Throughout the video, which has since been taken down, the influencer walks up to strangers on the street while recording himself, and makes a loud sneezing sound while spraying them with water in the face. He then turns around as they do, hiding the bottle, and making it look like he actually sneezed on them.
It’s absolutely cooked, and breaks the golden rule of pranks, which is that if it hurts or harms someone else, it isn’t a good fkn prank at all.
However in the video, one man sprayed in the face is a homeless man, which has caused an uproar at the fact that the influencer not only sprayed people in the face, but decided it was a good idea to post it.
On the influencer’s TikTok and YouTube are multiple videos of a similar nature. It’s because of these vids that the QLD personality has gained hundreds of followers.
One comment on the video really hit the nail on the head, calling the influencer out for even considering doing this prank.
“Imagine sitting around with your group of friends thinking how you need new content and thinking of this bright idea to go out into the public and pick on the less fortunate,” the comment read.
“You have just proven that you have a complete lack of empathy towards other human beings.”
Back in 2019, this same influencer was charged with involvement in a prank of a similar nature, which involved blowing air horns directly into peoples ears. As a result of this nasty prank, one man ended up with a damaged eardrum.
For now, the video remains down, and no apology has been issued.
