D.C’s mayor even went as far to say they hadn’t experienced a weather system like this in nearly a century.

The blizzard is expected to last at least another day, with residents in affected areas totalling over 50 million. Those communities have also been instructed to prepare for power outages as the storm worsens.
By comparison, that makes a bit of rain over Australia Day a bit easier to manage.
