The Rock Goes Deep On Giving Depression People’s Elbow In ‘Oprah’ Interview

Strip away the bombast, the fame and the People’s Eyebrow, and it turns out that Dwayne Johnson is a solid, considered dude.
In a new promo for an interview on Oprah Winfrey NetworkThe Rock discusses a time before his success in the ring and on the screen, and talks about depression in his younger years.

“I found that with depression one of the most important things you could realize is that you’re not alone… You’re not the first to go through it, you’re not going to be the last to go through it and oftentimes you feel like you’re alone and you feel like it’s only you and you’re in your bubble.

I wish I had someone at that time who could just pull me aside and [say], ‘Hey, it’s going to be okay.’”

YOU CAN TELL US IT’S GOING TO BE OKAY, DWAYNE.

Get ready to feel feels that can only be elicited from a dude at least four times your size. After all, if The Rock is telling you things will work out, you best believe it.
The spot goes to air in the U.S today, but you can catch his dulcet, inspiring tones in the preview below:
