The QI Podcast Is Doing Its First Aus Tour So Get Ready To Rule At Trivia

Absolutely rejoice, weird fact lovers, because the No Such Thing As A Fish podcast – hosted by four of the researchers/elves from popular UK quiz show QI – is hitting our shores for the very first time next year. The team will be headed to Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and Perth next May.

Holy hell you guys I’m so fuckin’ excited about this.

If you’ve not listened to the podcast before, first of all wow I’m sorry for you, but second of all make time in your day to check it out –I listen on my commute to and from work, and end up being that person that’s laughing to themselves on the bus. If you’re a bit of a trivia lord, or just like to spout fuckin’ weird facts to your mates, this podcast will absolutely take your fancy.

The live nights will be recorded for podcast episodes, where hosts Dan Schreiber, Anna Ptaszynski, Andrew Hunter Murray and James Harkin sit around and talk about their favourite weird fact of the previous seven days.

From facts like how ice cream is a gas, liquid, and solid all at the same time, to Dan’s constant belief that yetis are real, to James always somehow turning things into poo jokes, the shows will no doubt be a really fun time.

Also Dan’s got Australian heritage so it’ll be interesting (quite interesting) to see how long it’ll take before he picks up all our top-notch slang all over again, and then probably have to explain it all to the others. You can take the boy outta Oz…
