Life throws curveballs sometimes. Occasionally, they come in the form of a rogue excavator accidentally plunging through the wall of an ass-obsessed gym by the name of The Booty Parlour, leaving it entirely structurally compromised.
A woman had to be rescued by firefighters this morning in the Sydney suburb of Balgowlah, on the Northern Beaches, after an excavator working on a neighbouring lot slipped on a pile of rubble and tore through the wall of the gym. She is, thankfully, unharmed.
The Booty Parlour, however? Like an ass which has not been subjected to a rigorous squat regime, it is now “massively weakened”, according to police.
According to the ABC, engineers who assessed the gym say that it is significantly shifting and will need to be pulled down entirely.
A Facebook post from the gym’s owner, Jessica Zukowski, confirmed that The Booty Parlour is no more.
“Our beautiful studio has been destroyed by the accident on Sydney Road in Balgowlah,” she wrote.
Vale, The Booty Parlour. We pray for the bubble butts of Balgowlah; hoping that they find a new space to be toned and tautened until a new location can be found.
