A further two boys have been rescued from the Tham Luang cave complex, bringing the total to eight, according to reports from CNN, Reuters, The Guardian, and local news.
According to Reuters, witnesses saw four boys carried by medical personnel to waiting ambulances over the course of the rescue operation, undertaken throughout the day.

Earlier reports documented two boys being rescued and flown to hospital, with The Bangkok Post reporting that, in total, four boys had been taken to chamber 3, which is beyond the narrowest bottleneck in the escape route and is being used as a staging area by the rescue team.

With eight of the boys removed from the cave system, there are now only four boys left, in addition to their 25-year-old coach.
The team became trapped over two weeks ago.
