After such a hectic week, we’re positively stoked to fill you in on some Very Good News™.
Former Home And Away gun Tessa James is five months pregnant with her very first bub, years after her Hodgkin’s lymphoma was found to be in remission.
The 26-year-old’s primo news was made public after she appeared at the David Jones Spring / Summer fashion show on Wednesday night, showcasing just a hint of baby bump under a flowing Erdem piece.
James and her husband, NRL player Nate Myles, are expecting that bundle of goodness after she was subjected to a gruelling series of treatments for her cancer diagnosis.
After being diagnosed at 23, she underwent twelve chemotherapy rounds in the space of six months. James officially entered remission in 2015, and spoke publicly about the decision to delay fertility treatments to undertake her necessary chemo.
With all of that in mind, this is seriously top-notch stuff. Congratu-bloody-lations, both of yas.
