Family Members Of The Sydney Woman In Her 30s Who Died Of COVID Have Left Heartfelt Tributes

Sydney

Tributes are flowing for a Western Sydney woman in her 30s who died after contracting COVID-19. Her husband remains in hospital with the virus, The Sydney Morning Herald reports.

Ianeta Isaako was found unresponsive at her home in Emerton on Tuesday afternoon. She is the youngest woman to die from COVID-19 in Australia, and leaves behind her husband, Sako Isaako, and three young children.

On Tuesday night, her sister-in-law wrote a heartfelt message in honour of the family and the battle they are still fighting.

“I know there is nothing in this world that matters anymore, when death takes the most beautiful part of your heart,” she wrote to her brother.

“I want you to think of what she would’ve wanted you to do. There’s three beautiful souls you both have created, and they’re waiting for Mummy and Daddy to return home.

“That’s exactly where your beautiful wife would’ve wanted you to be, all you need to do is to BREATHE.

“I’m begging our Maker to heal you, so you can raise your queen Ianeta Isaako’s beautiful babies.

“I’m sooo sorry pepe, you’re all in our hearts and prayers at this very sad time. Now fight it and breathe my baby brother.”

Several footy clubs in the area also posted tributes to Isaako and her family.

“Our hearts go out to the family in this time of sorrow as our collective hearts are heavy with sympathy. Our rugby family are sharing the sorrow with love and friendship,” the Western Vikings junior rugby league club, of which her Isaako’s son was a member, posted on Facebook.

“Words fall short of expressing our sorrow. We will always be there for the family in this hour of need. May her soul rest in peace.

“We also ask that everyone keeps husband Sako in your thoughts and prayers as he is currently fighting illness in hospital.”

The Penrith RSL Junior Rugby Union Club added: “May you rest in perpetual light and love.”

A few other family members have also sent their condolences online.

“COVID’s a joke to everyone not until it hits one of your family members,” one relative said.

“Sending our love to our family in SYD/AU during this time of sadness.”
