Porn Star Stormy Daniels Is Suing Trump Over Their Alleged 2006 Affair

Adult actress Stephanie Clifford – better known by her porn nom de plume Stormy Daniels – is suing Donald Trump, claiming that a ‘hush agreement’ between the pair isn’t actually valid because the president never actually signed the damn thing.

You might recall that Daniels caused a great deal of consternation over an old interview in which she claimed she had an affair with Donald while he was married to Melania Trump. It was alleged she could no longer speak publicly about it thanks to $164,000 in hush money which bound her to an NDA.

Well, now she’s filed a lawsuit claiming that NDA ain’t valid. Her complaint outright says she had a “intimate relationship” with Trump back in the summer of 2006, which persisted well into 2007.

“This relationship included, among other things, at least one ‘meeting’ with Mr. Trump in a bungalow at the Beverly Hills Hotel,” the complaint reads.

Daniels says that she wanted to speak out about Trump following the release of the now-infamous ‘pussy grabbing’ tape, but that the presidential hopeful’s team immediately made moves to silence her. She claims the hush money was wired to her account after she was forced to sign an NDA.

The complaint says that though she signed the NDA – under the alias Peggy Peterson – Trump left his field blank, and never signed. Oh, by the way: Trump’s alias during this sordid transaction was allegedly the incredibly boring David Dennison.

Neither Trump nor his team have ever actually addressed the Stormy Daniels saga, and have delicately sidestepped any actual questions about it thrown their way in press briefings. Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen admits that he did facilitate a payment to Daniels, but refused to clarify further.

So that’s where we’re at. Presumably at some point a person in the White House will have to address this. Or not. They seem pretty good at not addressing it.
