Were would we be as filthy commoners without salacious gossip pertaining to some of the most powerful people on the planet? Nowhere, that’s where! The latest addition to the vaunted canon of ‘horny stories about presidents’ is this: gossip rag InTouch plans to drop a 5,000 word interview with porn star Stormy Daniels about the time she allegedly banged Donald Trump – apparently just months after his son Barron was born.
Now, the story about Trump and Daniels has been ping-ponging around the backchannels of celebrity filth for a while, and it did bubble up a little during the 2016 president campaign. It exploded back into the public consciousness this week, when The Wall Street Journal reported that Trump’s lawyer paid Daniels $130,000 to keep quiet about the affair. If true, she’s upheld her end of the bargain, joining the Trump camp in denying the affair took place.
InTouch have published an excerpt from the 2011 interview – conducted before the alleged hush money payment – in which Daniels confirms she had sex with Trump in a hotel room in Lake Tahoe, Nevada. Here’s InTouch:
Stormy told In Touch, “[The sex] was textbook generic,” while discussing the fling they had less than four months after Donald’s wife, Melania, gave birth to their son, Barron. “I actually don’t even know why I did it, but I do remember while we were having sex, I was like, ‘Please, don’t try to pay me.’
She says that the sex itself “was nothing crazy. It was one position, what you would expect someone his age to do.” As a man of 61 at the time of the alleged affair, you simply couldn’t expect much more.
Daniels claims in the interview that Trump invited her for dinner after a celebrity golf tournament. When she arrived there – dressed up for a night on the town – she reported seeing Trump “sprawled on the couch watching TV, wearing pajama pants”.
After having sex, Stormy said, “We hung out for a little while and he just kept saying, ‘I’m gonna call you, I’m gonna call you. I have to see you again. You’re amazing. We have to get you on The Apprentice.’”.
“He told me once that I was someone to be reckoned with, beautiful and smart just like his daughter,” Daniels said, which is obviously an incredibly weird thing to say to someone you’re having sex with.
InTouch claims they confirmed the account with Daniels’ friends, and that she successfully passed a polygraph test about the matter.
“President Trump once again vehemently denies any such occurrence, as has Ms. Daniels,” Trump’s lawyer Michael Cohen said in response to the InTouch story. Guess we’ll just have to see what the full 5,000 word interview reveals.
