Snapchat angered everyone yesterday with their not-so-racially-sensitive Bob Marley filter, but they’re clearly trying to redeem themselves (despite the public’s requests that they don’t):

But, after the devastating news this morning of music icon Prince‘s passing, Snapchat have indeed created a ‘Purple Rain’ filter in honour of the incredibly influential musician.

To get the filter, all you have to do is update your Snapchat app, snap a picture, then swipe left.
If you can’t see it yet, don’t stress – they’re still rolling it out worldwide.
