Sia Backs FKA Twigs’ Claims, Adding Shia LaBeouf ‘Conned’ Her Into An Adulterous Relationship

Sia has come out with her own claims of being “hurt emotionally” by Shia LaBeouf, who she called a “pathological liar”, a day after FKA twigs sued the actor over alleged domestic abuse during their relationship between 2018 and 2019.

It turns out that Sia and LaBeouf also actually dated at some point, which was not something that was public info until now.

“I too have been hurt emotionally by Shia, a pathological liar, who conned me into an adulterous relationship claiming to be single,” Sia tweeted with a link to an article about FKA twigs’ lawsuit.

“I believe he’s very sick and have compassion for him AND his victims. Just know, if you love yourself – stay safe, stay away.”

It’s unclear who the other person (or other people) who Sia alleged LaBeouf dated at the same time is.

LaBeouf starred in the music video for Sia’s song “Elastic Heart” back in 2015.

While Sia was married at the time, she got divorced from her then-husband a year later.

In a followup tweet, Sia went on to thank FKA twigs for being brave enough to speak out in the first place.

“Also I love you FKA twigs,” she said.

“This is very courageous and I’m very proud of you.”

In FKA twigs’ lawsuit, she alleged that LaBeouf demonstrated a pattern of physical and emotional abuse towards her throughout their roughly year-long relationship.

Twigs told The New York Times on Saturday that her time with LaBeouf was “the worst thing I’ve ever been through in the whole of my life.”

She mentioned numerous alleged incidents including one time when he choked her in the middle of the night and another time when he was driving recklessly and threatened to crash the car unless twigs said she loved him.

The lawsuit also claims LaBeouf knowingly gave twigs an STD.

In a statement to the newspaper, LaBeouf said he had “a history of hurting the people closest to me.”

“I have no excuses for my alcoholism or aggression, only rationalizations,” he said.

“I’m ashamed of that history and am sorry to those I hurt. There is nothing else I can really say.”
