SHIT-A-BRICK: ‘Crash Bandicoot’ Is Officially Making A Long-Awaited Return

HOLLLLLLLLLLLY SHIT.
Get ready for your childhood nostalgia to roar back to life, y’all. CRASH BANDICOOT is officially coming back!
The highly beloved game series was the subject of a major announcement by Sony during today’s E3 proceedings in Los Angeles, and the gaming giant did not disappoint, dropping a massive Nitro crate on us all.
Sony revealed that not only have they partnered up with Activision to breathe new life into the spinning little critter, but that new life will come in the form of a complete remastering of the original trilogy.
Crash Bandicoot,’ ‘Crash Bandicoot 2,’ and ‘Crash Bandicoot 3: Warped‘ will all be updated and upgraded for the PS4 at some point in the near future. And in addition to that, it’s confirmed that Crash himself will make an appearance in the upcoming ‘Skylanders: Imaginators,’ which is due for release this coming October.
Sony was tight-lipped on what exactly the remasters will entail; whether they’ll be top-to-bottom upgrades, or whether they’ll be released individually or as a triple-pack. And there’s no release schedule known for the remakes.
But even just the mere thought of Crash returning has the internet in fkn raptures.

You might as well start offering a reward for missing poop, because our shit is well and truly lost.
