A Second Woman Has Accused ‘Gossip Girl’ Star Ed Westwick Of Rape

Ed Westwick Aurelie Wynn

In the wake of actress Kristina Cohen accusing Gossip Girl star Ed Westwick of raping her in 2014, a second woman has come forward with similar claims. Former actress Aurélie Wynn took to Facebook to detail a non-consensual encounter she had with Westwick, also in 2014.

Wynn says that in July of that year she attended a gathering at Westwick’s LA rental and went to sleep in a guest room when the alleged attack occurred.

And like Kristina, I said no and he pushed me face down and was powerless under his weight. I was wearing a one piece bathing suit that he ripped, I was in complete shock, I am also very tiny. When it was over I got my cellphone and found that the girl that had invited me had left or got kicked out.

She goes on to add that she later told her then-boyfriend, Glee actor Mark Salling, about the incident.

I told the guy I was seeing that I got raped, Mark Salling, and when he found out by who he pretended not to know him, then blamed me for it and broke it off with me.” (In an unrelated case, Salling has since pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography.)

Wynn says that she was discouraged by friends from speaking out about the alleged assault, but because of recent events, including Cohen’s own accusation against Westwick, she felt empowered to go public.

I kept quiet and soon got to see and hear how prevalent sexual assault and intimidation goes on in this industry…to the point where I questioned how much I really wanted to be in entertainment as I didn’t see it getting better. And at what cost?

As reported yesterday, the LAPD is officially investigating Westwick after Cohen came forward with her story.
