If so, you’re in luck! One of the world’s worst smelling plants is set to bloom in a matter of days in S.A’s Mount Lofty Botanical Gardens, and they’re swinging their gates wide open to assault your olfactory senses with the Corpse Flower’s tender, fleshy scents.

Experts reckon the thing, which hasn’t opened up in a decade, will finally bloom for two days within the next week. It’s an endangered species in the wild, and this is widely believed to be the first time it’s bloomed in S.A, making this whole thing quite a big deal.
