British crooner and all-round sweet guy Robbie Williams has broken down on stage while performing in Manchester last night.
Video has been posted on Twitter from the concert at Etihad Stadium in Manchester, where Williams was performing in front of 50,000 people just weeks after a suicide bombing claimed 22 lives at an Ariana Grande concert at the Manchester Arena.
After Williams dedicated his hit ‘Angels‘ to the victims of the bombing, the footage shows him doing his best to get out the first few phrases of the song, before stepping away from the microphone, overcome with emotion. The crowd, though, rises to the occasion.
