Rebecca Black Releases Terrible ‘Friday’ Sequel, ‘Saturday’

Self-referential quips are brimming from the mouth of the internet’s hatechild – Rebecca Black – in her cult flop ‘Friday’ follow up, ‘Saturday’. She finally figured out which seat to take and made it to the weekend, you guys.

While ‘Friday’ delighted the internet in sheer disbelief back in 2011, ‘Saturday’ takes it to the next level by sprinkling references to the first song throughout, in an attempted tongue-in-cheek approach to the 21st Century’s most woeful song. If you can’t beat the haters, join them, is evidently Rebecca Black’s outlook on her hit, as ‘Saturday’ pulls highlights from her previous song to feed the trolls- “Gotta have my bowl”, “So excited”, along with two dudes arguing over the order in which the days of the week land, a lesson we learnt so well in ‘Friday’. Shout out to the beginning lyric, “Oh my god, I love this song. This is my jam, where is the peanut butter.

Not sure if serious.
