In a big fat Saturday night/early Sunday morning/post-Valentine’s Day blackout mood, a (probably dead) rat lying next to an empty bottle of Hennessy has gone absolutely viral on the internet.

Naturally, the poor burger has been nicknamed Henny Rat.

As you can imagine, Twitter is having an absolute party with the photo. For example, blessed comedian Patton Oswalt – the actual voice behind Remy in Ratatouille – tweeted: “First day shooting RATA2OUILLE! There were creative differences with @BradBirdA113 but the new script and directing by Abel Ferrara are fantastic! So excited for you guys to see this!”
Oswalt’s particular picture even has the addition of an empty packet of Newport ciggies.

In case you’re wondering, a Rata2ouille is not actually in the works at Disney. Director Brad Bird confirmed as much in an interview with Gizmodo in 2018.
“You know, I feel like that story is told,” he told the publication at the time. “I’m told I need to remake everything that I’ve made and no one apparently wants anything new anymore. I’m a little at odds with society on that. I would like to do some new things.”
(It did take over a decade for Bird to churn out The Incredibles sequel so maybe don’t get your hopes up for a Rata2ouille.)
