16 Y.O. Boy In Critical Condition After Being Hit At Sydney Halloween Party

A 16-year-old boy is in a critical condition after being punched at a Halloween party in Sydney’s North Shore on Saturday night.

Eyewitnesses report a party hosted by a Year 11 student, and attended by roughly 60 invited guests in Ganora St, Gladesville, was gatecrashed by as many as 50 other partygoers.

Their presence lead to a physical altercation around 11.30pm, and the boy was punched shortly after.

He fell on the road and struck his head, sustaining significant head injuries. Paramedics were called, and the victim was rushed the victim to Royal North Shore Hospital, where he remains in a serious condition.

The Daily Telegraph reports that footage taken at the scene also shows NSW Police struggling to apprehend another partygoer, who managed to escape. Other partygoers also fled the scene after the incident.
