A balding, toothless British baby and the number one lady in his life whose hair game is never not on point will pretend to take in the sights at the Royal Easter Show, the Blue Mountains and at Taronga Park Zoo on their upcoming tour of the penal colonies. Also, Prince George, a famous infant, will be there too.
A spokesperson for The Royal Family has today confirmed the itinerary for The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge, Prince Bill and Katy Middleton, and their nine-month-old baby’s upcoming trip to Australia and New Zealand, revealing that the Family will base themselves in Sydney, Canberra and Wellington and that the great unwashed will have the chance to look on Prince George’s doughy indeterminate features and general phuckless vibe at least once throughout the couples’ Victory Tour of the outlying districts.
According to the ABC, from Sydney, the Family – hapless pawns surrendered to the eddies of a thankless public life – will visit the homes of Blue Mountains residents affected by last year’s bushfires. From there they’ll head to the Zoo, where a bilby enclosure will be fittingly named for the Fresh Prince. A final stop is then scheduled for the Sydney Royal Easter Show, where George, due to his poor impulse control faculties, will no doubt make himself sick on the saccharine wares of the Showbag Hall.
Onward from there to Brisbane, Adelaide and Uluru, where Bill and Kat will gaze upon the Rock and suddenly, only for a moment, feel so small against the sheer size, real majesty of it all.
They’ll also be in Canberra for Anzac Day. No word on if they’ve found that sassy nanny yet.
