We’ve all but breathed a big ol’ sigh of relief about the marriage equality plebiscite, and now equality groups Australian Marriage Equality and Australians For Equality have banded together to put the heart back into the spotlight with a series of extremely nice little videos.
One of the latest videos is based around De and Kirstie, who think that marriage equality is a “no-brainer” and just want the government to get on with it and do the job they’ve been elected to do.
The Equality campaign is all about looking at the positives of the marriage equality debate – by putting a bunch of faces to the case for same-sex marriage.
By actively focusing in on the good things that will come out of marriage equality, we’re reminded of all the good things that can happen, and all the people that can feel happy and accepted.
The campaign has also released this bloody adorable video of Alex and Paul, who definitely get the award for being the cutest dads in Australia.
