After first levelling claims of assault via Twitter at adult film director/producer Tony T in December 2016, porn star Nikki Benz has now filed a lawsuit against Tony T, porn studio Brazzers and her co-star Ramon Nomar detailing several disturbing instances of alleged torture and assault on-set.
When she first took to Twitter to call out Tony T, Benz claimed she was “choked” and “stomped” while filming a hardcore scene for a film. But according to a TMZ report, the lawsuit goes into more graphic details about the alleged attack, with Benz “claiming she was hit so hard in the face, head and breasts she ended up bleeding”.
TMZ, who obtained the court documents, report that the docs also contain a description of what sounds like “waterboarding”. In the suit, Benz says she was “gagged with her own underwear” and “water was poured down her throat causing her to choke.”
Benz also claims in the suit that after the alleged incident, Tony T “threatened to withhold her salary” unless she went on the record in an exit interview saying she would work with him again on future projects. Benz’s suit states that she intially said no to the request, but changed her mind when threatened by Tony T.
In 2016, Brazzers fired Tony T after Benz made her allegations public. The film in question has never been released, with Brazzers telling TMZ at the time that the footage “stands in direct contrast with our mandate to ensure that performers’ consent, boundaries and limits are respected.”
