January 26th is fast approaching, and thus supplies of inflatable pools are starting to dwindle at department stores. As are supplies of vodka pre-mixes at the bottle-o. And the snag section of the supermarket is looking barer by the day.
Australia Day is a week from today, and even Twitter has decided to get in on the celebrations.
From today, covering the entire week leading up to next Tuesday, the hashtag #AustraliaDay will shoot out a special, ‘Straya themed emoji designed just for the occasion.
