In a statement posted to Twitter, Nick confirmed that Aaron was served with the restraining orders from himself and his twin sister, Angel Carter, citing Aaron’s recent admission that he “harbors thoughts and intentions of killing my pregnant wife and unborn child”, calling for gun control

Aaron Carter confirmed that he had been served the orders from his older siblings on his own Twitter, before sounding off about the tumultuous relationship that he and Nick have had over the years, saying that he does not “wish to harm to anyone, especially family.”
So my brother just got a a restraining order against me. And I was just served lol

You should send a cease and desist while you’re at it too.

The legal action came in the same week that Aaron Carter was a returning guest on US medical panel show, The Doctors, where he candidly discussed managing his life after being diagnosed with schizophrenia, multiple personality disorder, acute anxiety and manic depression two years ago.
He went through his various medications with Dr. Travis Stork and co-host Dr. Judy Ho, which include prescriptions to Xanax and Seroquel, and spoke honestly about having an addiction to huffing.
At the time of writing, Aaron had publicly shared on Twitter that he once gave Nick $100,000, when the Backstreet Boys member was “almost broke”. Nick has not shared anything further than his initial statement about the serving.
I gave my brother $100,000 when he was almost broke and this is the thank you
