N.W.A. Tour With Eminem Replacing Eazy-E Could Happen, MC Ren Ain’t Happy

The news surfaced last night of a potential upcoming N.W.A. tour. // cue major freak outs //

It was announced via a Hollywood Reporter interview with Ice Cube & Dr. Dre in promotion of the new N.W.A. movie out next month. However, while the tour will thrill and excite most of their fans, they threw a spanner in the works: Eminem will allegedly replace the legendary Eazy-E (?!).
While the internet is verbally shitting itself, the Universal Pictures Chairman Donna Langley was quick to verbalise that the tour was not yet confirmed:
“We don’t have anything settled yet with everyone’s schedules, but we think it can create a lot of buzz.”
Reactions have been mixed; ranging from ‘OMG YAASS‘ to ‘I wouldn’t see Eminem normally, let alone pay money to watch him fail at replacing Eazy-E’:

However, there’s one person who is definitely, definitely not happy about this, and that would be MC Ren. The rapper tweeted a few hours ago that he had absolutely no knowledge of the tour; despite having a broad history with N.W.A. and having co-written much of Eazy-E’s debut solo album, ‘Eazy-Duz-It’. He was signed to Eazy-E’s label Ruthless Records at the beginning of his career in 1987, and had become a part of N.W.A. by the end of the same year.

Poor Lorenzo. He doesn’t even seem mad, just disappointed. And very, very cry.
