
Multiple people have been injured in a shooting on a tram in Utrecht, Netherlands, according to local police.
Utrecht Police tweeted that the tram station — 24 October Square — had been cordoned off as they investigated the incident.

“Several shots were fired in a tram and several people were injured. Helicopters are at the scene and no arrests have been made,” police spokesman Joost Lanshage said.
According to BNO News, the terror threat level in the province has been raised to ‘critical’, with schools near the incident ordered to shut their doors.
