MTV Creative Director, Sven Muller, Shares Some Unusual Career Tips

Sven Muller is the creative director of MTV Australia, a job that requires him to create a visual unity across the entire MTV brand, as well as keeping the channel’s image young and ‘cool’. In plainer terms: he makes everything with the MTV logo on it look good.

At Start Up Sven gave some unusual tips for career success: “Fail. Failing is nothing you should avoid or be afraid of, the more you learn from it, the further you’ll get. I would like to encourage you to fail today and win big tomorrow.”
