New Doco Shows The Moment Meghan Markle First Clapped Eyes On Her Wedding Dress

Well I don’t know about you guys, but I’m cancelling all plans so I can watch Queen of the World, a new doco all about the British Royal Family that is set to premiere on UK telly station iTV next week.

In an all-too-brief sneak peek of the two-part documentary, which is all about the Queen‘s relationship with all the non-Great Britain countries of the Commonwealth (hiii that’s us!) as well as the next generation of royals, we see blessed glimpses of our fave royal couple Meghan Markle and Prince Harry, aka the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

In the clip, Meghan is shown admiring her Givenchy wedding dress as it is revealed to her for the first time – complete with intricate veil featuring embroidered flowers from all 53 countries of the Commonwealth.

To that, Meghan says “53 countries, oh my goodness. It’ll keep us busy.” Starting with next month’s trip Down Under, am I right?!

We also see cheeky imp Harry revealing that when he sees the Queen, he quite simply panics. He says to the camera:

Have you bumped into the Queen yet? If you suddenly bump into her in the corridor, don’t panic. I know you will. We all do!

Aw, bless.

The doco will air on iTV on September 25 and it’s expected to appear on Aus screens via Channel Seven in the next few weeks.
