McDonald’s Italy Just Launched A Nutella Burger Because 2016 Is Off-Chops

This year, we’ve seen blue burgers. We’ve clocked rainbow burgers. Look, we even got around legally terrifying burgers. Now, McDonald’s have decided to up the bun-encased ante one more time:

They’ve dropped the Nutella burger.

The ubiquitous chain’s Italian arm has wheeled out the Sweety Con Nutella, and you don’t even need to speak the language to understand the name’s implications. It’s a fluffy bun – natch – pumped full of Earth’s hazelnutty lifeblood, and people are goin’ hogwild over its arrival.

You’ll notice they certainly found a way to make the Sweety’s edges look like a grilled patty. We guess calling it the McCognitive Dissonance didn’t test so well in the focus groups.

If you’re keen to make the trip to ITA in order to insert that homuncu-burg into your facial orifice(s), here are the facts: it’s 1078Kj a pop, contains a surprisingly-low 3.5g of sugar, and it’s probably the final harbinger of the apocalypse.
Still, if you ignore pizza, pasta, pesto, cannoli, bruschetta, tiramisu, polenta, and gelato, it’s kinda chill Italians are now selling their national dish at McDonald’s.
