Maurizio Terzini on Food Trends and Neild Avenue

In this age of the increasingly visible ‘food entrepreneur’ Maurizio Terzini is the genuine article. The Melbourne born foodie-cum-restauranteur has made a serious (and seriously delicious) stamp on the Australian dining industry. His portfolio of establishments include Icebergs, North Bondi Italian, Neild Avenue (which features custom artworks created by Anthony Lister) as well as Giusseppe Arnaldo & Sons at the Crown complex in Melbourne.

On top of those major enterprises, Terzini also dabbles in pop up dining, penning popular recipe books and throwing insanely expensive parties. We recently caught up with Maurizio to discuss food trends and his brand new baby, Neild Avenue…
